Tracking number & Insurance Tracking number is emailed to you once the item has shipped (check your junk folder if you have not yet received any emails). Insurance is included in the shipping price.Pickup Not allowed.
Not allowed PO Boxes, APO, AFO or any other form of address other than a physical address.
Address change for USPS Priority Mail shipping service.
Other Address changes will result in additional charges by FedEx Ground Service (usually $10 to $15 and delay of shipment)

Return policy
Exchanges are not allowed

If for any reason you do not like the item, from the day it is delivered to you minus shipping fees, both ways even if the listing is offered at FREE SHIPPING, fees are paid to actually ship the item.
The following are required so that we may honor a return. Please read!
Before a return is honored and a refund is issued the item will have to be in our possession.
Please make sure all items arrived with the package are included along with the original package and the item is in its original new condition (please include the invoice from eBay with your return)
The item has to be in working condition.
After 30 days of receiving the item no return is allowed. No exchanges are allowed.

...any material is missing a 20% restocking fee will apply plus fees for refurbishment, material and labor costs.
...the item is abused and shows physical damage the return will be refused and no refund will be issued.

3 Year Warranty.
DgHydro offers a 3 Year Warranty against defects due to workmanship or materials.
If the item is found to be defective, DgHydro will repair the item at no additional costs to the buyer. There are no exchanges. Please note that Improper maintenance, abuse, normal wear, disassembly of item or parts, minor scratches to the finish (considered normal wear) and attempted repairs, unless otherwise noted are not covered by the warranty and will be inspected by our technicians before any repairs are attempted.
If the item is found to be defective because of any of the exceptions stated above, we will require payment of the costs involved with the repair including shipping costs.

DgHydro offers a 30 Day Warranty against defects due to workmanship or materials.
If the item is found to be defective, DgHydro will ship replacement parts to the buyer free of charge during the warranty period only. Please be aware that there are no returns or exchanges allowed for AK, HI & International shipments.
