When will I receive my order? We accept all returns within 5 days after the item(s) are received as long as it is returned in new, sellable condition and has not been used. What is the warranty coverage on your products? All of our products come with a minimum warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase, with many that carry even longer warranties. The manufacturer will replace any defective parts within the warranty period. Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufacturers’ warranty. Do I have to pay any customs fees for international shipments? Yes, customs and duty fees are assessed by import officials at the destination country. You will receive a bill after delivery has been made from the respective import authorities. Customs fees vary by country so we cannot give you a quote on customs fees. These fees do not apply to customers within the United States. There are no customs and duty fees for orders shipped to the United States How many items do you have in stock?
